Our Pork supplier uses Free Range animals and our wholesale pork products include back ribs, pork shoulders, whole pork belly and spit roasts.
Over the years demand for chicken products has increased massively. Our suppliers adhere to the National Farm Biosecurity Manual for Poultry Production. This ensures our animals are healthy and disease-free, they also participate in the RSPCA Approved Farming Scheme. We have specialist chicken boners on the team who cut maryland, breast and thigh meats to gram size.
Western Australia has an enviable reputation for growing the world’s finest quality lambs that are naturally raised and free of disease and chemicals. Our supplier production systems ensure stringent humane treatment of all livestock and the highest quality standards for our finished product.
Our sausages are all produced on site, using free range meats and our unique recipes we have tailored over the years. Our sausage range includes our famous Katanning sausages, continental flavours, breakfast flavours and our traditional BBQ sausages are ideal for fundraising events for schools, sporting clubs, rotary clubs and community events. Majority of our Sausages are Gluten Free and made with fresh ingredients.
